Follow the instructions for Corn Cous Cous first; this recipe will yield about 4 cups of cooked corn.  You will end up with a bowl of corn cooked like this:

Next, take a cast iron skillet and add:

1 tbsp olive oil

heat up oil on a low flame and add:

1 onion, finely chopped

saute onion slowly until delicately brown.

Next add:

4 cups of cooked corn cous cous

and mix well into the cooked onion.

Cook for 3-4 minutes and then add:

1 cup of black olives

2 cups of fresh tomatoes, chopped

1 cup of pastrami, sliced into strips

salt and pepper to taste

Serve immediately.

Serves 2.
