This recipe is made with our own home-made banana flour:
And also our own coconut flour:
Mix the following ingredients in a large bowl:
2 cups banana flour
2 cups coconut flour
2 tbsp cornflour
1 egg
4 tbsp coconut oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp tumeric powder
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 to 3/4 cups of water
Shape into patties about 3 inches (10cm) in diameter and place in a hot well-greased skillet.
Brown both sides. Place a lid on top and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.
Serve as a snack with tomato ketchup or use as a carbohydrate accompaniment to a meal.
