We take Toledo-made dark chocolate and the best Belizean rum to blend this chocolate liqueur using traditional Italian liqueur-making techniques. Chocolate Velvet is available in Original, Mint, Orange and All-Spice Flavours.
Serving Suggestions.

- Add to coffee or hot chocolate for a little bit of indulgence.
The rich and unctuous chocolate flavour is achieved by blending all the cacao butter in the original chocolate rather than just using cacao solids. As a result, at cooler temperatures (below 22C/ 72F), the liqueur will separate and solidify. In order to enjoy this liqueur outside of the Tropics, it is necessary to place the bottle in a warm (45C/ 113F) water bath for 20 to 30 minutes until the cocao butter has melted. Shaking the bottle well will then blend all of the ingredients before consumption.
