In a cocktail shaker, add:
2 tbsp tangerine juice
2 tbsp sugar
8 mint leaves
1/2 tsp tangerine zest, finely sliced
Use the end of a wooden spooner (or cocktail muddler) to press the mint and tangerine zest.
Next, add 60mls of
white rum
Stir well and pour into a glass filled with ice. Top with:
soda water
Garnish with:
mint leaves and a slice of tangerine.
