Magnesium sulphate, Lemongrass Essential Oil.

Indications: 

Magnesium sulphate relieves aches and pains and lactic acid buildup in over-used muscles.  Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) is gently uplifting, revives achy feet and reduces ankle swelling.

The essential oil is a natural anti-septic and is very effective in naturally deodorising the feet.  The scent is a  refreshing citrus with herbaceous notes.

Directions:

Mix well before using.  Dissolve two tablespoons in a basin of warm water and soak feet for twenty minutes.
