Take:

100g piece of boneless meat (chicken/beef/pork/fish)

and cut into 1/4cm strips and marinate in:

1 tbsp soya sauce

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 tbsp cornflour

1 tbsp finely chopped ginger

8-14 sliced bird chilli peppers (optional)

Put in a deep pan:

300mls of water

and heat water to a rolling boil.  Place marinated meat in boiling water, cover and cook for 2 minutes.

Next, add:

100g of edible greens

cover and boil for 1 minute.  Then, spoon out meat and vegetable leaving liquid in the pan.  Add more water to remaining soup if desired.

Next, add:

1 packet of Ramen noodles

to soup, cover and boil for 1 minute. Place cooked noodles, meat and greens in a serving bowl.  Serves 1.
